Vacant Staging
Pricing Varies - I will bring in appropriate, stylish, and complimentary furniture to Stage a Vacant Home so it shows the best it can. All houses and budgets are different, so I’ll work with the realtor and owner to come up with the best plan for each property. Give me a call and I will do a free walk-through and send you a quote to stage your vacant property.
Staging Consultation
$250 - As you first get ready to sell, the potential task list can seem overwhelming. This is when you call me for a Consultation. I will spend up to 2 hours with you in your home going through all the details of getting ready to sell, taking into account your budget and timeline. We will look at everything, from where to give an extra scrub, to important repairs and updates, as well as furniture and décor placement. I will provide specific recommendations for fixtures and paint colors that are appropriate for the house. I will help you decide where to put time and money to get the best Return On Investment. After a Staging Consultation with me, you will be prepared with a specific list of things to do for your house to be ready to show to potential buyers. If you decide to have me do any vacant staging, the cost of the consultation will be applied to that service.
Occupied Staging
Occupied staging is always started with a Staging Consultation and priced on a case-by-case basis. This is a great option for those living in, or keeping furnishing in their home until it sells. We will start with the consultation, then generally do an hourly rate for any additional staging work needed. We can do a little or a lot and the cost of staging reflects the amount of work needed for that specific space.

Short Term Rental/AirBNB Design
This service is custom to each project and client. Can include some or all of the following services: Consultation, design concept, space planning, furniture selection, shopping/ordering furnishings, installation, etc. We work with each property to create a functional, beautiful, memorable space that people will be excited to stay at.
Photo Fluff
$400 - (Includes Mini Consultation to prep for Photo Shoot) Prior to the day of photos, I’ll come in for about an hour and go over the home and discuss what needs to be done to prepare the space. Then, on the day of photos, I will bring in some light decor and lightly stage each room so it looks it’s best in the photos.
Add On Items and Other Services
$200 - Photography - I will work directly with one of my photographers to arrange pictures to be taken as soon as staging is finished and have digital images sent to you within 48 hours.
$150/hour - Kitchen and Bath Design - Contact me for more details on how I can help you with kitchen or bath remodels.
$150/hour - Shopping assistance - Contact me for help with furniture and accessory shopping.
(* - Additional costs are added due to difficult drives or walkways, projects that are more than 40 min from Eugene, large staircases, high end furniture or any condition that would increase our costs to complete staging)
